Project managers and designers: different assumptions.
The project manager needs a coordinated account of how critical power, cooling and controls will work together during commissioning. Each design discipline considers its own information sufficiently developed. But a question about how cooling responds during a power changeover keeps passing between them. Everyone sees a decision outside their own scope; nobody brings the assumptions into one conversation. The drawings move forward while the commissioning team is still waiting for a clear answer. The technical gap is also an inter-group challenge: each discipline protects its own account instead of bringing the difficult uncertainty into one conversation.
